place an order with The Wine Cellar.
- Orders must be confirmed with The Wine
Cellar before being filled.
- We endeavor to keep our inventory as current
as possible, but sometimes we may be sold
out of a listed item.
- The Wine Cellar reserves the right to limit the
number of bottles purchased of any wine sale.
- A shipping charge will be added on those orders
that are shipped or delivered.
- Out-of-state orders are not subject to sales
tax.
- Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
- The original shipping on returned orders is
non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is at the customer's
expense.
