During the Warm Summer Months we will hold your wines here, free of charge until the weather cools. If you do want to ship during this time, we need your approval and release. We will not be responsible for any wine damage incurred during shipping in warm weather. We recommend that all orders that NEED to be shipped during this time either use overnight or 2nd day air service. We will not be responsible for any wine damage incurred during shipping in warm weather.

The following information applies to all orders placed with The Wine Cellar.

• You must be at least 21 years old or older to place an order with The Wine Cellar.
  
  
• Orders must be confirmed with The Wine Cellar before being filled.
  
  
• We endeavor to keep our inventory as current as possible, but sometimes we may be sold
  out of a listed item.
  
  
• The Wine Cellar reserves the right to limit the number of bottles purchased of any wine sale.
  
  
• A shipping charge will be added on those orders that are shipped or delivered.
  
  
• Out-of-state orders are not subject to sales tax.
  
  
• Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
  
• The original shipping on returned orders is non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
